Sherlock ### 4/5 — Good for reporting breakdown, but track rescue not working *2026-08-22, version 11.23.0* I reported to breakdown and the experience was very clear and straightforward. However, when I went to check the progress with the track rescue button, nothing happened. So it led to anxiety about whether the breakdown was still in progress. Reset the password. Use a password that’s from the key password doesn’t accept it. I have a business subscription because I rely on my vehicle for work and expect breakdown assistance when I need it. The last time I reported a breakdown, I waited for around two hours, only to then be told by a member of staff that they would come the following morning. I explained that I have a business subscription, needed to get to work, and had already been waiting for assistance. I specifically needed help with my vehicle’s headlight. What disappointed me most was the response I received. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, the staff member told me that I could cancel my subscription. I found this response completely unprofessional and unacceptable, particularly for a paying business customer who depends on their vehicle for work. Based on my experience, the service and customer care were extremely poor, and I would not recommend AA Mobile Garage. ### 1/5 — Very Poor Tracking *2026-08-17, version 11.22.0* This app clearly sets a estimated time of arrival based on average times, and simply pushes the eta forward every 5 mins if the original target is not met. Reported break down at 11:45pm last night and now informed no help until 7:55am next day. I am still on the road side even now, when writing this review. They take up to 20-30min to answer phone calls.
