This app is poorly done. The recordings are so fast that there is no way to accurately learn from listening. I don’t recommend buying. You have better chance of learning from watching TV. Waste of money!

All my paid accents have been deleted following an update. I spent quite a lot of money on here! No idea or clear way to get them back!

I used to really rely on this app but something has happened recently… it’s currently showing no accents available and the restore accents button is crashing the app, meaning that I no longer have access to the accents that I’ve bought previously. No way am I going to buy them again for £9.99 each?! Really disappointing, but the price increase and unreliability of the app means I’m going to have to go elsewhere. So disappointing when I’ve already spent a fair amount of money via this app, and like I say I used to love it.

I just got a new iPhone 15 pro max and every time I try and click restore purchases, the entire app shuts down on me! So you’re telling me I have to pay all over again for accents already purchased? What a rip off!

I love this app, but something odd happened this week, so I deleted and reinstalled. Now everything is gone, including every accent I’ve purchased, and every time I try to access the accent store it either spins forever or I get the message ‘The AppStore is not available at this time.’ Help??

I have really liked the sound of this app and had since bought two accents from the store, however, the accents have not been added to my library, nor have they been restored since I have restarted my phone or anything like that. 

However, the prompt for ‘Thank you for your purchase’ has come up before, as well as one of the accents appearing in my library, but this only happened once. My bank has also recorded the transaction and the money has been taken out of my account, as well as it has appeared on payment history etc. 

Either give me my money back or tell me how to fix this.
