Great app, very helpful in working on accents. ### 3/5 — Data lost! *2024-03-26, version 1.12* I love this app, but something odd happened this week, so I deleted and reinstalled. Now everything is gone, including every accent I’ve purchased, and every time I try to access the accent store it either spins forever or I get the message ‘The AppStore is not available at this time.’ Help?? ### 2/5 — Not allowing me to use the accents I’ve purchased? *2023-07-12, version 1.12* I have really liked the sound of this app and had since bought two accents from the store, however, the accents have not been added to my library, nor have they been restored since I have restarted my phone or anything like that. However, the prompt for ‘Thank you for your purchase’ has come up before, as well as one of the accents appearing in my library, but this only happened once. My bank has also recorded the transaction and the money has been taken out of my account, as well as it has appeared on payment history etc. Either give me my money back or tell me how to fix this. ### 2/5 — Can’t Restore *2022-12-18, version 1.12* Since I updated my operating system. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and clicking the ‘restore purchases’ button several times but to no avail - my old accents return but the new one just sits in the store as if I never bought it, even though I have a receipt for the cost. Can’t find any way to contact the developers other than through this review - help! ### 3/5 — Great, but glitchy... *2019-08-12, version 1.12* Love the app. Unfortunately, it is glitchy, and won’t restore my already purchased accent kits. (Second time this has happened). The recordings are so fast that there is no way to accurately learn from listening. I don’t recommend buying. You have better chance of learning from watching TV. It’s thorough detailing of accents makes the workload much more digestible. Even having samples of other accents readily available is a huge perk. I see amongst reviews the odd complaint that it costs per accent. You’re missing the point entirely. This App holds within it instant access to the best coaches in the industry at your fingertips! Easy to follow, thorough, covering all sound shifts, and every feature you need to understand and practice mastering an accent. £1.99 vs £££ for coaching? I work in theatre as an actor, director and voice/dialect coach and have found the app not only extremely easy to use but brilliantly researched too. I get great (accurate) results every time and the practice tips and suggestions mean the accent/dialect is maintained for the whole rehearsal/run. The creators are the best in the biz. (Remember there are no shortcuts with accent work, but this makes learning so easy and fun).
