Tried to download statement came with password. Don’t know the password neither came with any instruction to put the password

Edit 1 3rd Feb 23 The developer have woken and improved the captcha problem. However even after my biometric register for IPhone, I have to click three times to login. It should allow to login simply based on Face id. I also did not find any improvement in functionality when compared with old version. Anyways this is not my primary account so I am not bothered a lot. ———— 

 I use a Apple 14Pro. Can’t register as the captcha code is alphabet and I only get number options on my keyboard. The configuration is erroneous it seems

After Reinstalling App Why We are asked to Re- Register? We have to Reset M pin T pin. And new security questions . Then Old app is also active with old M pin and T pin . Why Old app is not Overwrite? To avoid confusion ?

In captcha there is required field and not allowing letters. And the captcha code is mixed with numbers and letters. So user can not “register” them self on app.
