## What is The Adera?

Adera AI is a complete church management system built for 
Ethiopian Orthodox parishes.

Manage all 9 sacramental modules — Kristina (Baptism), 
Mutan (Funeral), Tsebel (Holy Water), Abalnet (Membership), 
Minkusiba (Monasticism), Kuriban (Communion), Metawekia (ID), 
Nibiret (Church Property), and Parish Contributions — in one 
place, in both English and Amharic.

KEY FEATURES

- Sacramental Records — Register baptisms, funerals, holy water 
  completions, and more. Every record is tracked with payment 
  status, receipt numbers, and certificate issuance history.

- Digital Certificates — Issue QR-coded certificates for every 
  sacrament. Re-issuance is tracked with incrementing issue count.

- AI Analytics Layer — Ask questions in plain language: "Show me 
  all unpaid Gabicha certificates from last quarter." Get tables, 
  charts, and AI recommendations instantly.

- Offline First — Works without internet. Records sync 
  automatically to the cloud when connectivity returns. No data 
  is ever lost.

- Role-Based Access — Priest, Deacon, Parish Manager, Registrar, 
  and Parish Council each see only what they are authorized to 
  access.

- Scheduled Reports — Weekly parish health reports delivered 
  automatically to the parish manager.

- Anomaly Detection — The AI flags unusual patterns (e.g. missing 
  records) with possible causes, clearly labeled as advisory.

- Export — Download reports as PDF, Excel, or Word.

All AI-generated reports are advisory only and must be confirmed 
by an authorized church representative before any canonical or 
administrative action is taken.

Adera AI respects the sanctity of church records. Data belongs 
to the church, not the app. No third-party sharing. 30-year 
retention support per canon law requirements.
