This app is amazing. I love how workouts are set up and there’s videos to do them correctly. It track your food, your steps weight and this keeps you on check. Motivates you, it inspired you. There’s days when you don’t want to wake up or do it. You have a promise a fulfillment to get it done. It pushes you! The community is great. Questions get answered! I’m very happy
