Absolutely love the game though I just finished chapter one and now the game won’t open at all.

I love puzzle games and I’ve played many different types over the years. The gameplay in this is frustrating and the story feels unfinished. I didn’t really enjoy it, it felt like a slog and there’s no reward at the end - the last chapter is disappointing and felt like the developers had to hit a deadline or something.

The puzzle is played out more through the story than it is through gameplay… likely would have gotten similar experience in less time by just watching the walk through. End occurred too rapidly to feel satisfying. Aesthetics look like Monument Valley… but has very little of the grace and actual puzzle of that brilliant game. Likely would have rated this higher if I hadn’t thought it was going to be like MV. Interesting story that unfolds… quite spooky in places, clever in others…both were fun.  Worth the time for .99 USD, but I’m not fond of inventory puzzles so, had I know that’s what this was, I probably wouldn’t have gotten it. 

Had difficulty playing on my iPad as interactive circles were too close to navigation map and settings hamburger menu. I would click the circle to interact with an item but open the map instead… got a weird glitch in the inventory that would show two of the same item at the same time. Bugs frustrating enough that I ended up switching to my phone mid game and had to start again (tho easier 2nd time as I already new the codes to jump ahead).

Navigation was constantly frustrating, especially in the bigger maps. 
Chapter 3 & 4 were pretty good. 
The ending seemed like they did not have enough budget to design the puzzles.

Story is so-so… I know it’s meant to be tragic family story, but it’s not really immersive, and kind of cliche.

How did I miss this game for so long! I think I thought it wasn’t going to be this good, but it has puzzles, a great storyline and is longer than expected. I feel like I robbed the developers with getting it so cheap, I wish I’d purchased before but am glad I’ve now found it especially as I seem to have played most good adventure puzzle games out there now so finding this was lucky! Excellent game….I don’t want it to end 😃

This wasn’t like the games I normally play but so glad u gave it a go. Didn’t quite get every puzzle, but there’s a really helpful walkthrough. Well worth the money. Only complaint is that it ended rather abruptly

Die Steuerung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber ansonsten ein gutes Spiel. Die Rätsel sind lösbar und nicht zu schwer. Nur schade das es etwas kurz ist. Hab etwa 6 Stunden gebraucht. Und der Schluss ist …seltsam. Oder gibt es eine Fortsetzung?

If the minds behind “The Room”, got together in a party with the Developers behind “Monument Valley” and started chatting the the twisted minds behind “Rusty Lake” and wanted to do a game that evoked the sentiment behind “Life Is Strange” then… well I guess that’s what happened here.

A most excellent puzzler - a dark story where you, as the lead character - seem to be on  quest to understand the psychosis behind their parents (probable) death.

Kids won’t get this detail, adults however who understand how they inherit their parents problems probably will. The subject matter is dark - suicide is strongly implied as behind at least one death, as is drugs, alcohol and infidelity.

As such this game is pretty raw.

That said, it was deeply thought provoking. I, for one, was extremely impressed with the depth of the story telling. The imagery and settings were extremely well done.

Bravo to the developers.

If you’re into pondering how part A connects to scene 3 then this is your game. No action here though - your brain does all the hard work and you can otherwise take your time over the game. Which, for me, is exactly how I like my games.

Tengo esta app tanto en un iPad Air 5 con procesador M1, iPhone 17 pro y hasta en un Galaxy S24 Ultra que tuve hasta hace nada. En ninguno de los dispositivos va. En el IPad y el iPhone empieza a cargar y se cierra solo. En el galaxy carga pero se cierra apenas carga. Una dejadez increíble por parte de los desarrolladores. Optimicen el juego para nuevos dispositivos o dejen de venderlo.

In Apartments, Act 3, the apartment on level 2 is supposed to have a door that takes you to a bedroom with a bunk bed. But all I’m seeing is a cemented-over door with no way out. Can’t move forward with the game.

i played this game for 6 hours straight and the next time i opened it  (the next day) i was back at the beginning. i went to my phone where i had it downloaded and my progress wasn’t their either. i don’t even want to continue playing if my progress can’t save. i originally was playing this on netflix but then it started glitching so bad on the tv. i tried exiting and returning. i tried restarting the tv to no avail but i like it so much that i decided to pay for it but even the paid version is glitching. the purchase hasn’t even been processed that’s how fresh my purchase is. it hasn’t even been 24 hours and i can’t get a refund. when i go online to report a problem through apple i can’t even get to the developers website. this is a mess and a huge disappointment.

Playing this as a mobile game was a terrible experience. The game seemed underdeveloped and poorly executed. The game setup is very small and hard to use. Things such as the inventory and the pop ups were very glitchy and you couldn’t read half of the words that came on the screen because of how bad it was designed. Honestly I regret downloading this, I felt like it was a waste of money and I genuinely want my money back.

when i started to play the game the whole room was very small i couldn’t see the room at all and when i finally manage to click something it was too big and i couldn’t see the full object on my screen.

I love puzzle games, especially the room series. Playing this is just completely random, the puzzles don’t tie in with anything, random numbers on a pill bottle to open a lock etc. The game makers have clearly never played a puzzle game before making one.

I was able to play it when it was on Netflix, and I'm very happy to be able to play it again. This game is terrifying and comforting at the same time, and even though I struggle with the vagueness of the puzzles at times, the story and atmosphere is compelling enough to make me keep trying. I've replayed a couple times now;  the experience keeps calling me back, like coming home. Anyways, highly recommend, there are guides for if/when you get stuck. It's worth it.

日本語訳の美しい主人公のダイアログが魅力的。ハイセンスな夢遊空間が聴覚や視覚を擽り、家族に抱く感慨の中での理知的な謎解きがストーリー・イメージを増幅する。テーマは重いけど超克の展開は清々しいので引き摺るタイプの心情では無いので、言葉の持つパワーは奥深いと感動させる傑作。膨大なテキストや写真が悲しき二人の物語を重層的に深める「White Night 」も馴染む方は抜け出せなくなる名作だけど、私が最近とても気に入っている「Chants of Sennaar」も言葉が凄い(このゲームの方は性質的に英語でプレイする方が良い気がする)。様々な文化の息吹を旅情に感じつつ猫背の滑稽な主人公は通じない言葉を収集、それが理解できた時自己のすべき事を発見するのだが、これが癖になる快感を伴う達成感！細部まで完璧に作られた情景やキャラクターの仕草、堂々巡りにならないよう見事に構築されたバランスのフィールドなど全てが最高の序中盤(終盤になるとハイレベル・ユーザー向けの難解・茫洋アドベンチャーと同様に私ごときでは解けないゲームに変わってしまいます)。攻略サイトがある限り、難易度が低くてセンスの良い余暇を楽しむ為のゲームは減少して、サイト頼みのプレイ補償的苦渋ゲームが増加するばかり。ホント「Almost Gone 」、アタマとココロに心地良いゲームは貴重です。
