There is no better place for pre & post-match content for Liverpool fans, especially those of us that just can’t get tickets for games due to the high demand. Neil, Andy, John & the team put together some incredible must-see content that gets better and better as the years go by. Keep up the good work. Sometimes can suffer from echo chambering on opinions but nature of the beast I imagine. However star rating is due to app, constantly logs me out, crashes, won’t let me log in, won’t let me reset password. Have raised with the email address and always get a response but feel the relentless optimism re: the app and ‘should be sorted now’ pretty tedious. I get they have to defend their app after all investment, but I still find it pretty poor, also takes AGES to delete old episodes, one by one, to free up space. It is calm, measured, insightful and downright enjoyable. Each of the hosts and guest are great in their own way but Neil Atkinson is an absolute joy to behold. I could listen to him for hours. The amount of content they put out is incredible and there are shows for every taste, whether it be post match analysis, tactics, transfers, upcoming fixtures or the Monday show talking about the weekends occurrences. Or Rafa’s subs on 60 mins? Or zonal marking? Or frankly any of utter tripe spoonfed to the masses every week? For decades we had to endure it. To this day the Gary Neville’s of this world try to steer narratives despite never succeeding in football management. Then one day The Anfield Wrap came along and reminded everyone that ex-pros with the personality of a cabbage do not represent reality. That the fans who watch every game twice a week do in fact know better. And TAW has never looked back. Fan media across all clubs & all sports is often the lifeboat in an ocean of mediocre opinions. TAW is worth every penny. Every presenter sounds like they love what they do and the people they do it with. There are so many standout shows within TAW, but my current favourite is The Shoot Treatment, which has had some outstanding guests, using a format that nurtures some really interesting conversations and ideas, while being dead funny. I also loved an episode of I can’t remember what, but the team shoehorned so many Michael Jackson song titles in, it was ridiculous.
