However, none of the videos will download for me. Paid $2.99 to get all of the letters and they won't play! The most recent update (was automatically updated when I had to restore my iPad) is ATROCIOUS! Why would you take out the mascot and not even replace him? It looks ridiculous. There are a pair of floating hands, badly cut/editing scenes and a disembodied voice saying he's a giraffe. The bear character looks terrible as well. I would not have bought this app if I knew it would be severely altered without having the option to keep as is. I received a reply back within 24 hours explaining the situation, and was assured a fix was being worked on. I received updates as they became available, and notification when the fix became available.
