So obviously he’s my fave.) 9/10 Story: Entertaining, but skews very Tumblr Meme mixed with Fanfic Tropes. Don’t look too closely at the lore. Would have preferred more leaning into the horror of the plague and court politics and less fan service and predictable jokes. 6/10 Prose: Serviceable. Leans hard on cliches. 5/10 Now for the actual reason I’m writing this review: look, Dorian, I get that y’all want to promote your other app, and that’s fine I don’t mind most of the pop ups but I despise Asra/Julian as a ship so having them constantly in my face looking like they’re about to kiss is infuriating and has left me with deeply negative feelings towards your other app. Especially bc it’s so FREQUENT. Please.
