Version 1.3 Updates:

New Write-Up Management: Staff can now issue and track resident write-ups directly from the Resident Detail screen.

Enhanced Data Synchronization: Improved real-time updates for resident compliance, ensuring that work schedules, paystubs, and meeting verifications are always current.

Performance Improvements: Refined the Resident Info Card and navigation for a smoother experience when reviewing resident records.

Bug Fixes: Resolved an issue where the "Add Write-up" action was unresponsive.

What’s New in This Version

New "Arena" Views: We’ve updated the Staff Dashboard to make it easier to manage our Men’s and Women’s houses separately.

Supporting the Journey: Introducing Phase-based tracking! The app now grows with the resident. As residents in Accountability Court progress to Phases 4 and 5, their weekly requirements will automatically update to include Peer Check-Ins.

Personalized Onboarding: Residents can now select their gender and specific court phase during registration for a more tailored experience.

Enhanced Oversight: Staff can now see exactly where a resident stands in their program at a glance, ensuring no one falls through the cracks.

This update focuses on streamlining accountability and ensuring accurate reporting for weekly and monthly compliance requirements.

Key Features & Improvements:

1. New: Digital Case Manager Verification

We've added a dedicated tool for Case Manager meetings. Residents can now get digital sign-off and instantly save the verification to their file:

Monthly Reset: The Case Manager Meeting requirement is now automatically reset on the first day of every month, ensuring timely compliance tracking.

Simple Sign-Off: Case Managers can quickly verify meetings using an in-app signature pad, replacing manual paper processes.

Direct Recording: All Case Manager verifications are now instantly recorded in your permanent records.

2. Enhanced Accountability Tracking

Monthly Compliance Logic: The Case Manager requirement check now uses monthly logic, providing a clear visual status on your dashboard if the monthly requirement is complete.

Dashboard Consistency: Updated data retrieval to ensure requirements (Paystubs, Work Schedules, Peer Check-ins) are accurately reflected based on your court type and weekly schedule.

3. Stability and Reliability

We have resolved several bugs related to data saving, especially around Firebase storage permissions. The system now robustly records all verification data (including name and timestamp) directly to your profile, even if image storage is unavailable.

Took away the compliance fields on the staff login, and added the ability for staff to remove residents who no longer are a part of the program
