Tried for an hour to get online subscription with continued redirects, the most difficult problem was system continually changing my debit card number. Terrible mess ### 1/5 — Great paer- terrible AP Makes reading paper sooo difficult and its not necessary! *2019-01-14* Hire someone and fix this stupid app !! Almost unreadable, you should not have to work so hard to read the paper! NOTE TO DA STAFF- TRY TO READ YOUR PAPER COVER TO COVER WITH THIS AP ON A CELL PHONE.( not your work computer) JUST TRY IT YOURSELF.. ITS AN OBVIOUS DUD ### 1/5 — Don't waste your time. *2015-04-04* This is definitely the saddest news app that I've seen. Having a virtual copy of the paper that you have to constantly zoom in and out of and to pan around makes absolutely no sense. Perhaps if I had a 30" iPad... ### 2/5 — Trouble getting permission, missing my paper :( *2016-02-23* Began a new account....I paid with my credit card today, they gave me short password. When I try to get in, it's my old account which lapsed (partly as I had trouble getting permission before) so I can't get in to add a new password. I'd rather do my business on line as I'm hard of hearing, and it seemed like it was easier this time but still can't get into the app. I don't have "permission" even after looking all over trying to follow the instructions. ### 3/5 — Logs Out Too Much *2024-08-24* The app is always logging me out which is very annoying. Every time I go to look at the paper, I have to log back in. No one looks at my phone but me, why does it need to log off that much? It’s a newspaper not my bank account. ### 3/5 — Very Glitchty App *2022-04-07* One day it works and the next day it requires me to register for an account but says I can’t register for an account because I don’t have an account number. What?!? Too frustrating. ### 4/5 — It’s ok. *2023-09-09* The app does what it’s supposed to do, but it can be slow at times and cumbersome. It has improved over the years, though. The current version doesn’t lock up my iPad like the older versions did. Trying to send a story from the app is a joke. It never seems to work. It's easier to use than the on-line e-edition, being more natural and intuitive. If you can't read your paper in one sitting, it keeps your place.
