At this point, purchasing the guide was a complete waste of money. ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-11-12* Nonfunctional; after many deinstalls, restarts, installations, still unable to login. Just the spinning disk of death after the login page. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in! *2025-08-24* So I purchased the guide, downloaded the app and was ready to hit the trail. But at the start page of the app it ask you to log in. I’ve reset my password 3 times and confirmed I have the username correct via the webpage, but the app just will not let me log in. I either get an error message or that dreaded infinite loading spinning wheel! Please fix the bugs in this app! ### 1/5 — UX is awful *2024-07-03* I’m in the design space and I know UX/UI - this is about as bad as it gets on the App Store. UX means user experience - it’s not optimized for mobile which is All anyone would use it for. You to step your game up please invest 5-10k into your mobile app and make it run properly. ### 2/5 — More bugs than NH in the summer *2024-02-18* The good: Beautiful maps and tons of waypoint info on the trail and trail towns. Nice to be able to download PDF’s for offline use or print if you want a hard copy to take with you. The bad: constantly crashes, slow to respond to taps, when logging hikes many of the pages mileage points are not able to be marked or it marks a point higher on the page. The main reason I wanted to use the app was to log my section hikes. Without this function working you might as well use a PDF viewer rather than this app. ### 1/5 — Just use a PDF reader *2023-04-22* The guide is good. The app is terrible. Loses my spot over and over again.
