Huge step down going to a tiny space in the new area with no sprint space, no sleds, no box jumps , no steps, the list goes on and on. There was no input to the design of the space from your trainers or customers. Being a member has been the one deciding factor in my fitness journey because it is a comfortable and beautiful gym filled with enthusiastic and incredibly skilled instructors. I go to water aerobics and strength training every week. The schedule gets me up and out and the workouts are fun. The instructors are very skilled at what they do and the club always looks up to date and fresh. The Staff cannot do enough to help me if I have a question. The waitlist should not be numbered if anyone from the list or the club can take the spot before the next in line. ### 2/5 — Member XX *2022-01-14, version 3.10.0* Former fitness room spaciousness is extreme overkill causing hike across campus for weight training. Place is also so desolate of former membership that it’s depressing & demotivating to be there. Only value is in classes. Concept of reserving space in classes via app is good & helpful, but everyone being locked into same 45 minute blocks precludes any possible use of indoor pool after morning kid care because aqua class then shuts down entire pool. 2 lanes opening each 15 minutes would help. Not interested in complex pool. Too cold and also requires a hike across campus, this time both wet and cold. Not seeing any relationship between lack of towel service and Covid issues. It’s a respiratory pathogen and staff is using masks & gloves to attend to small towels. She has opened up a whole world of enjoyable exercise. I am lifting weights I never thought possible. I follow that with one of the best yoga teachers ever…Mary. Her class is mixed of many levels and many ages. She reaches each one of us and encourages all to do their best. The facility is spotless and your team will do everything in their power to assist you. The people the equipment and wide choice of classes has always been great as my needs changed the staff has modified my needs with their wide choice of ways to keep me active . My daughter is also a member and my Grandsons enjoy the teen memberships when they are home from college . Pool and all jacuzzi’s are over crowded and suspect health issues. The tubs are not full of water 85% of the time and subordinates are not proactive in maintaining level and makes us suspect of proper chemicals.Board of Health issues are not what we want. Especially in NJ. There must be a team approach and hourly maintenance at peak times. Serious stuff not addressed after I bring to management attention at least 10 times annually Love the club and classes I go to lifetime often and our culture is much better. Unique place. With the purchase by Pegasus the cleaning crew is much better and supervised well. The equipment has had some upgrade.
