I constantly have to change my password because it rejects my current password. Now my connected accounts with my parents are gone. The credit card feature also takes forever to load, and despite having an issued debit card with this bank it won’t let me add it. Additionally, it would not let me access Zelle through the app. Only the computer. I tried to add my Atlantic Federal Credit union card. The new update says that the app doesn’t support my card that is directly from the bank. That is quite ridiculous. what is the purpose of being able to track your cards?
