This app goes with a £185 diffuser. It needs to do better.

### 2/5 — PROBLEM!!! DISFUNCTIONUAL   APP

This app was ok to start with.
However, a month on in using it. There seems to be a constant issue with Bluetooth, as in… it’s not connecting.
Which therefore leaves you not being able to use your diffuser or apply any settings from the app.

You’d think 🤔.. for a pricey piece of kit as this, which is retailing @ £175.00  you would expect the  app to be functional. As judging by previous reviews also, this is totally unacceptable.

Cheaper versions in different brand names of this type of diffuser seem to manage, so what is Aromatherapy Associates  or whoever owns or writes the software of  the App excuse ??? 

Get it SORTED  FOR GOODNESS SAKE . IT 
CANT BE DIFFICULT TO PROVIDE DECENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS SURELY???

Looks lovely but is completely unintuitive and after going round in circles with it I’ve deleted it and am operating the Connect manually which is completely fine. I’m an experienced IT and app user as well !!
