We are now mid December and have received the Christmas edition. This also applies to monthly downloads. ### 3/5 — Haven’t been able to open the app for WEEKS! Reported it, heard nothing back! *2023-10-16* Haven’t been able to open this app for weeks. I reported it (twice) and asked for advice. Never heard back. But you’ll keep taking my money no doubt! Have repeatedly asked when new issues of magazine will be available for subscribers with no response. Have emailed direct, asked on their social media pages etc as well with no response.3 issues in a row, at least 2-3 weeks AFTER selling in stores before available for download. Again. ### 1/5 — Getting more woke by the day *2023-11-07* It’s a great shame the AWW didn’t stick to what it used to do best, providing a strong support for women everywhere and actually teaching us how to make a home and family. Now it’s full of woke nonsense of heavily one-sided. I’ll be keen to see if AWW covers what the winning side of The Voice thought and where they think things should go now. As for the app for the digital version, lift your game, it’s pathetic. ### 1/5 — App not working *2023-10-11* Have sent 4 emails over the last three weeks as the app is not working on my iPad. Everything is up to date with the latest version. Not happy that I have not even received a response as yet to try and solve the problem. I now need to wait until the magazines have been in the shops often for more than a week before I can access them here. I update. This is for bhg mag and women’s weekly. Neither an enjoyable, nor user-friendly experience. Does client feedback and the repeated one-star ratings mean anything to you, the Developers??? However the online magazine changed at the start of 2018 and it became less interactive. Now I can no longer click into and complete the crossword. I can’t view movie previews.
