i NEVER write reviews on apps but this one i had to write. while sleep deprived and desperate for my baby to sleep, i downloaded and purchased one of the subscriptions - mainly so I could use the chat function because i had a specific question that Suzy’s book didn’t address fully but i also figured i’d give the tracking function a try. first, i have not heard back in 3 DAYS from the chat. this “coach” left me stranded on third with no help or instructions… i wish i could tell my 3am, exhausted self not to waste $15 but what’s done is done. second, this app is not easy to use/edit and needs a lot of work. it is not user friendly (especially when you’re an exhausted mom) and I am pretty tech-savvy. 

Liked Suzy’s book. HATE the app. 

if you’re sleep deprived and desperate for some answers - do not waste your money on this option. buy yourself a nice, fancy coffee instead. it will help way more than this app.
