The winner is determined by something other than skill or odds. I just counted; my opponent rolled doubles three times in a row. What are the odds of that occurring naturally? It happens frequently with this. If you enjoy a fair competition with fair dice, look further or find a human to compete in a f2f setting using a real board and dice. This game is horrible. The frequency of the ads only builds on a miserable experience. Poorly written app at best.

Don't waste your time on this game
Dice roll constantly in the computers favor even on the easy mode. Very frustrating. 
Delete this game or it will frustrate you and you'll break your tablet! 
Shame on the creators of this game.
Oh and the ads are relentless! 
Don't bother!

I’ve enjoyed playing this game for a while, but for the last few weeks, the Google ads block the game board. When you click on add choices to make it disappear, it still won’t unblock the content rendering the game useless so don’t bother with this app

The game is fine, but gets hijacked by some idiotic matching game. It freezes and users must restart Apple devices to continue until it freezes again. Please fix this. It happens on both iPad and iPhone.

The algorithm for this program favors all those with a ‘D’ status - Ds will win the first roll 99% of the time, and their first roll will be one of the ideal combinations (6/6, 6/1, 6/5, 5/3,…etc) 95% of the time. Also, in the final moves, the Ds will throw the exact combination of numbers to win - 90% of the time. There are many more issues that prove that this game is manipulated to favor ‘certain’ players, without skill involved. I will not waste any more time with this program for a game I love!

While backgammon can be an exceptionally fun and thrilling game to play due to the luck involved with the roll of the dice, there is no roll in this game. A number is somehow generated and that is what you are given. Through extensive playing I have found that the nearly impossible probabilities of numbers that could occur do occur not rarely but often in the numbers generated game. So if you want to be on the wrong side of 7+ doubles being rolled in a row or the opponent getting off the bar 5 consecutive times in one roll with only one spot open while it takes you 6 rolls to get out when there are 3 open spaces, this games for you.

I’ve had this game for several years and it used to be good. Recently, however, the advertising between games has gotten out of hand. Often they won’t even go away so I have to close the app and reopen it.  I promise you this, I will never buy another game from this company ever again.

画面下のホームバーやコントロールセンターをちょっとでも反応させると、レートがかかるオンライン対戦中であっても広告で中断させられるのが本当に不快。
しかも最近悪化して1回あたり10秒以上見させられる。
クエストシリーズじゃなきゃこのアプリでやってない。

トップのレビューにある、最大限に活用の場面は、未検証だが、無料でここまで遊べるのは嬉しい限りです。
現在、9000人中500位をウロウロしてますが、毎日楽しんでます。
ひとつだけ、ダブルとロールの位置を反対にしていただけたら嬉しいです。右利きなので、右にロールがある方がやりやすいです。あるいは設定で選べるとか。

I think this is the best backgammon available. I play the hardest levels. I sent an email to the creators concerning dice and if it’s rigged. They have a dice statistic that shows it is not rigged. 

The game is not gimmicky. It’s just good old fashion backgammon. 

So please ignore my other reviews. I was too new to this app.

今、負け戦モードだなと感じたら、しばらく続くので、無理に攻めずに降りる。

逆に、イケてると思ったら、ガンガンヒットして攻める。

本当に波があるし、ある程度のレベルまで到達すると、サイコロの目が有利に出ることが多くなる。🎲

運も必要だから、弱くても、大どんでん返しの可能性がある。

This is a good “live” game. It took me awhile to decipher what labels such as 25K, 1D, and 2D meant. They relate to one’s “win” achievements. It’s also nice to be able to look into the room to see who’s playing. The ranking data is a great addition., but the basis for awarding rating points is unclear. It would definitely be more interesting if there were a “chat” option for online play.
      My main criticism is the annoying adds,….just wait it out and look for the faint, little “x”s. Also, I am fairly certain that the dice are not always random. I actually played a game where I knew what rolls were coming up because they were an exact repeat of the previous game, lol.

Vorweg: dieses Backgammon betrügt nicht. Das ist immer eine Beschwerde sehr schwacher Backgammon-Spieler, die nicht verstehen, dass ein guter Spieler so spielt, dass er im nächsten Zug viele vorteilhafte Würfelwürfe haben wird.

So spielstark ist dieses Backgammon meines Lieblings-Go-App Herstellers aber gar nicht; ich habe noch kein Match auf 7pt dagegen verloren. Teilweise macht es - gerade im Umgang mit dem Verdopplerwürfel - recht schwache Züge selbst auf seinem höchsten Level.

Ansonsten find ich’s recht gut für ein werbefinanziertes Spiel - zwei schöne Bretter, saubere Umsetzung aller Backgammon-Regel (Verdoppler, Matches bis 15 incl. Crawford-Regel, Ausprobiermöglichkeit verschiedener Züge). Kann man sich nicht beschweren. 

Für ambitioniertere Backgammon-Spieler gibt’s stärkere Apps im Store, aber für Gelegenheitsspieler empfehlenswert.

設定では、サウンドのボタン一個で、駒を移動させたクリックオンと、ムード音楽っぽいBGM、の両方をオンオフする設定。

駒の移動の効果音は欲しいけど、BGMは聴きたくないのに、
それが出来ないので、ストレスフルです。

あと、ライセンス課金がなくて、やたらと広告を強制的に見させられのがストレスです。

1ゲームして試しただけですが。
ゲームそのものとしては、CPU対戦のレベル設定もできますし、私は使いやすいと思いました。
サウンド設定の改善と、広告を表示させない課金、それが実現したら買いたいアプリです。
