Ordered something well over a month ago and never received it.   After trying contact links that didn’t work I was finally able to find an email address that I had to manually type in.  Then they replied back and said that they were experiencing delays on items.  But no communications other than that.  They said they would be sending it out soon and providing shipping information.   That was 2 weeks ago.   Still no information from them and still no product.  This app should be removed from the App Store as I have seen other reviews stating the same thing.
