## What is The BadgeApp?

BadgeApp originates from the study of data obtained in the field of neuroscience, organizational psychology, and management.

It allows for continuous feedback exchange among colleagues and collaborators working within the same company.
It promises to increase engagement, employee performance, and company performance through authentic communication and recognition of colleagues' work.

With the support of artificial intelligence it can answer questions like: "I need to edit an Excel query. Who can I ask?" or "I need to create a team for a web and banking project. Who are the best people to include on the new team?"

What is feedback?
Feedback is an objective response to an action taken.
Would you ever think of starting a sport and waiting for the coach's corrections at the end of the hour or at the expiration of the annual subscription?
Continuous feedback is necessary to receive an objective response to an action to improve, correct oneself, or know that one is doing a good job.

What is NOT feedback?
Feedback is not a personal judgment, not an attack, not a reward.
The combination of business analytics, data mining, and data visualization allows HR Managers and CEOs to make targeted decisions in identifying useful and effective training courses to increase the skills present in the company, as well as being a tool to support welfare and well-being strategies to improve Employee experience and sustainability.
