Now I have to go through multiple nicknames to be able to send you a message. Your app is getting worse. I should be able to just write my real name and you’ll know who is giving you the information. Although you shouldn’t need it because it’s coming in through my account.

Been trying to link Zelle to my bank accounts. Zelle says Bank of Tampa already has it. Went Bank App and can find no reference to Zelle? When are we going to get in touch with the rest of the civilized world?

Will indicate not connected to internet when I am.  It locks the app so you can’t escape.  I had to remove the app and reinstall just to deposit one check.  When I went to deposit a second check, the same thing happened.  This issue has been going on since they upgraded.

Very convenient to use. I love that I can make transfers between my savings and checking- and even pay my loan!  Lastly, I enjoy having a relationship with The Bank of Tampa!
