I appreciate calling when needed and speaking to kind, helpful humans to back up the BOT app. Wouldn’t mind having the option to personalize quick buttons, to add mobile deposit. Happy with experience! ### 1/5 — Sucks *2025-12-22* The app sucks. Bank has options you can’t use. Randomly makes you change password but the app and it’s secured form to change address that it has available is just not allowed to use at this time. After this update I had to update my biometrics, then the interface is super laggy and slow, and the mobile check deposit feature doesn’t auto detect the check and makes you hold the phone with one hand and tap the screen with the other to take the picture.
