This is a very enjoyable, caring and effective program for developing a relationship with your body. It actually supports you to stay connected with easy practical steps which have the byproduct of developing, wellbeing, presence and reducing anxiety. Jean’s gentle and humorous  guidance supports you to take the steps needed. I thoroughly recommend this program.

This app is a completely gorgeous complement to Jean Gamble’s Body Connection Program. The app is simple, practical, fun, supportive and user friendly - as is the program. This really was a life-changer for me. I’ve felt a lightness in my body & a connection to others (through the program) that has brought a joy to life I haven’t felt since I was very young. So highly recommended ❤️
