Britain’s Biggest Readers! The Beef is UK’s bodybuilding magazine, covering the world of muscle for the last ten years. It’s the hard-core muscle bible: Contest reports and pics, photo shoots with top competitors, training advice and information on nutrition and supplements. (With many money-saving deals on supplements every issue). We regularly print features by well-known bodybuilding experts including: Hany Rambod, Cecil Croasdaile, Glen Danbury, Paul Scarborough, Paul Jenkins, Kevin Tomasini - and more. These guys are the hard-core - they know how to build muscle, because they’ve done it for themselves. The Beef isn’t restricted to covering one sporting gourping - we are proud to support and promote all the bodybuilding Federations: IFBB, UKBFF, NABBA, NAC, BNBF, NPA and independent contest promoters. -------------------- Paid-for application downloads include one issue of the user’s choice. Further future issues and back issues can be purchased within the app. Subscriptions are also available within the application. A subscription will start from the next released issue. -The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled more than 24 hours before the end of the current period, you will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for the product. -You may turn off the auto-renewal of subscriptions through your Account Settings, however you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period. -Payment will charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription to that publication is purchased Bundles of single issues can be also be bought within the application.
