Finally when working tried to collect first egg put in 4 digit number and just said loading continuously. Deleted app and downloaded again now just a white screen. Despite having the correct password the app logged me out permanently and I was unable to reset the password. Come Monday I tried again and was successfully logged back in only to find all my progress had gone along with my rewards! I have 4 eggs left to collect! Contacted the developers through the report error ticket site immediately and heard nothing back. Despite multiple attempts during the day and resetting password I gave up. It drained my battery whilst trying. Tried to enter the egg numbers today as I had wrote them down and still cannot login. It’s not the end of the world but was very disappointing for the children out and about yesterday and for some of the adults!
