App and website says 50% off on all delivery and collection orders but no discount applied. 

On call them they say discount only on breakfast.

I ordered food on this app and the order was accepted with status delivery on the way. The order was not delivered even after 2.30 hrs so I called the restaurant. The customer service told me that order is on the way when I called first time. When I called again he shrinked responsibility and said I need to call 3rd party delivery about whom I had no clue since I ordered on The Biryani Lounge official app. Then after 2.30 hrs I got a message that some items in my order were not available so they will do refund. Worst customer service and delivery experience .
