They will place a Hold on the card and when you call the number behind the card they will tell you they will send you a Cheque. It’s a Scam. Please be careful. But what’s the point of getting rewards for buying gift cards through the app if you can’t link a debit card, so as to be able to buy the gift cards? I linked my bank account to the app through Plaid with no problem, but it keeps telling me that I am not providing the proper information for my card, when I have checked, re-checked and quintuple-checked the card number and expiration date. I have sent in 2 separate requests - 1 through the app and one through the website - and there’s no response. I would LOVE to use this app, but until the company gets it act together, that’s just not possible. ### 1/5 — No credit cards *2024-01-26* Can only buy gift cards with bitcoin. No way to buy anything in the app with fiat currency aka credit or debit cards. So you’ll just waste all your precious bitcoin buying gift cards. App is a good idea but falls way short of expectations. App isn’t locked to anyone you pass your iPhone or iPad too. Implementing Face ID unlock would secure the app from prying eyes. Such an oversight. They are unable to facilitate getting the funds back after asking. Won’t be using this company again.
