I dont think launching the app now is good a idea since it needs a lot of work and a lot of features are *coming soon*. They always say get you credit card in minutes, its been 14 days with “technical issue” i think its huge problem when it takes more than 2 weeks to resolve. I have never had an account with capital account but after this i will make sure i never do! Bad app ### 1/5 — بحاجة لثورة من التحسينات *2022-03-02, version 1.2* الفكرة ممتازة ولكن التطبيق فاشل جدا. من المفترض أن يكون أفضل تطبيق كونه بنك افتراضي!! البنوك الاعتيادية تطبيقاتها أفضل مثل العربي والاتحاد والى حد ما كابيتال بنك وهو مالك بلينك. حتى تطبيقات المحافظ الالكترونية لشركات محلية صغيرة وناشئة تفوق تطبيق بلينك بمراحل. كان عليهم عدم طرح التطبيق للناس قبل تحسينه ليكون أفضل من كل تطبيقات البنوك العادية وإلا فما الفكرة من بنك افتراضي لا يتفوق على كل ما هو تقليدي؟! ما هي القيمة المضافة بخلاف عدم الحاجة للمعاملات الورقية الغير مرهقة أصلاً فهي لا تتم إلا وقت فتح الحساب وبعدها أي بنك تقليدي يوفر الخدمة الافتراضية أيضاً!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — أسوء بنك تعاملت معه في مشاكل تقنية كثير *2025-12-02, version 2.1.8* تاخير حوالات رواتب ### 1/5 — Trash *2025-07-29, version 2.1.6* The worst bank and fen-tech app you could ever use in your life. Every week i have to reinstall it ### 1/5 — Totally broken *2023-05-13, version 1.8.3* I signed up for Blink around March 2022, it’s been a year and 2 months and from the start there’s been issues that they couldn’t fix even a year after release. Them being: 1: Cardless withdrawals can’t be done (they never send an OTP) 2: Biometric authentication doesn’t work every time and sometimes it doesn’t even show up. 3: Customer support can be lacking from time to time. Matter of fact, it’s actually gotten worse since release with issues such as: 1: They never issue or deliver their cards anymore, I requested a card two times since I lost the original (One time in June 2022 and the other in February 2023) Aramex never got back and the customer service isn’t helpful. 2: Red card apps have been closed for about a year. 3: They take cash from your account at times because you’ve done some “international transactions” in the past (basically paying online) Lackluster service. Either open a regular Capital Bank account or search for better alternatives. Blink is probably dead and it will only get worse as time goes on. ### 1/5 — Signing up is the only feature that works *2022-12-27, version 1.2.5* After trying this app for about a year now, its still buggy, you cant send your own money to another account ( through normal transactions or CliQ), my card was requested months ago not delivered until now. I cant withdraw my money!!! In trying to be modern and flashy it has a failing UX. It read my National ID (front and banck) without and issue, it asked for my selfie, I tried a lot to give it a picture but it did not accept it, so I did a selfie and Voila: I have an IBAN number. I transferred some money into the account from my other bank. Looking forward to start using Blink in my daily transactions. All Digitalized, no need for any Physical interactions, etc… The App is kinda buggy, For ex. Touch ID doesn’t log me in everytime, sometimes I have to manually enter my credentials to login. In-app Touch responses can get crazy and respond not as it meant to. I think Blink will have a bright Future ahead of it. I would totally love seeing a Feature that allows transactions from/to PayPal.
