## What is The Boarding Buddy?

The Boarding Buddy is the all-in-one management tool for dog boarding businesses. Track bookings, manage kennel assignments, keep client and pet records, and stay on top of vaccine records — all from your iPhone or iPad.

KEY FEATURES:

• Booking Management — Create and track current, upcoming, and previous boarding bookings with check-in and check-out dates, kennel assignments, and boarding types.

• Kennel Occupancy Dashboard — See your kennel availability at a glance with a real-time occupancy card showing occupied and available kennels.

• Client & Pet Records — Store client contact details and pet information with auto-fill suggestions for returning customers. Save time on repeat bookings.

• Vaccine Tracking — Keep vaccine records organized with expiration dates and custom vaccine support. Never let a vaccine expire unnoticed.

• Calendar View — Visualize your entire boarding schedule with a month calendar showing check-in and check-out indicators.

• Cloud Sync — Access your data across your devices. Automatic push and pull sync keeps everything up to date.

• Search — Find any booking instantly by client name, dog name, or phone number.

• Blackout Dates — Block out holidays and facility closures to prevent overbooking.

The Boarding Buddy works offline — no internet required. Log in optionally to enable cloud sync across your devices. Your data is stored securely in your own database.
