My orders can’t be viewed. They always say ‘some problem occurred’ so that I can’t view my orders and also the points. I hope this will fix soon. They have hidden terms in membership which they will tell you after you are done paying them. The need more than 24 hours to issue coupons and then also none of the coupons they supplied works. Finally they blindly relate this to backend team issue and ask you to wait. Their products might be good but the online experience is pathetic & painful. Just putting an app on App Store doesn’t make them a great company. Improve the customer experience, have a better operation management and then come to App Store. No one contacted. I had to chat with the system and this kept getting delayed finally today I got a message that the amount has been refunded!! No call nor explanation/apology as to why the product wasn’t shipped! Time wasted waiting for this product. Their body butters are the only thing that work for my very dry skin during winter. I only need to apply it once a day and my skin is safe for the next 24 hrs! I love almost every single body care product they have and all their formulations are incomparable! Nothing works like the body shops products for my skin! I find that their app is also very convenient to use, and reliable in terms of delivery. I’ve so far never had a package that wasn’t delivered, or items that were stolen out of my package. In some cities, they also have direct deliveries from their stores, where you can get in touch with a store employee via WhatsApp, place an order for the products you want delivered and they’ll deliver it and you pay them on delivery. This way I can also use the coupons that I get, the ones that can only be used in store. The direct deliveries from stores also racks up points because it’s counted as a store visit. Overall, I love this brand and I really love the discount periods they’ve been having lately!
