I really wanted this to work in time for their concert, I kept on trying to connect. My steps were 1. open app 2. Connect a Product 3. Stick would Flash blue 4. then I would get the message: “Please check whether the connected light stick is yours. If so, try again after holding the button for 10 seconds for its initialization” 5. I try connecting again after holding start button for 10s 6. it repeats from step #2 and never truly connects bringing me to the next page Really hope the creators can fix this, not sure what to do

(I kinda got it to connect but it’s really unclear and messy) also you’re unable to enter your concert ticket date/row/section as the only date it provides is 2021-01-01 and you can’t use it normally even with the variety of lights

초기화하라고 뜨시는 분들 응원봉 끈 상태에서!!! 10초간 버튼 꾹 눌러주세요! 켠채로 하니 안 되더라구용ᵕ̈

근데 킹덤 포스터 뒤에 모드 선택, 컬러 선택, 밝기 조절 버튼이 숨어있는 것 같은데 얘넨 선택할 수 없을까요?

이뿐 응원봉 만들어주셔서 감사합니당 행복한 하루 보내시고 부자되세요 ~ ❤︎

초기화 어쩌고 뜨면 응원봉 껐다 켠 다음 무지개색 나올 때까지 (10초 아님 계속 눌러야 됨, 안 나오면 껐다 켰다 반복하며 계속 꾹 눌러서 색 나올 때까지) 누르면 초기화 완료. 후에 다시 앱 껐다 켜고 시작하면 되네요
