The visuals are nice but without sound it’s pretty useless for actually guiding breathing/relaxation. So disappointing!

i’ve always has problems with anxiety and stress but this app helps me more than anyone ever could. 100% recommend you to try this app💛

This may be designed for children, but I tried many of the breathing apps designed to help with panic attacks, and I found this to be much more effective than any of them. 

The "game" has you breathe in as you touch the screen and move the butterfly up to one flower and let go while you breathe out to move the butterfly down to another flower.  The tactile, visual interaction combined with the breathing is far more soothing than any of the other apps I tried.

Love this app! It's been a great way to stop and take a minute for myself to stop and wash away the stress of the day. It only takes a minute but you'll feel so much better after! Check this out!
