## What is The Bubble App?

Bubble is your parenting coach to help you support your teen.

It might be hard to tell at times, but you still have a big influence on your teen! 
Bubble uses evidence-based coaching and gameplay to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and resources you need to grow the relationship you have with your teen and support them through difficult times.

Better relationships and support improves teen mental health.

Our app is not a medical app and does not provide a diagnoses - nor does it claim to be a treatment or cure for any disease. Instead, it aims to support people's mental health by way of Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) based exercises and techniques to increase self-awareness and support people to manage their emotional wellness.
