I was looking for an app to maintain my mental wellness during these covid times. This app came as a great support and help to come out of the distress. Ms Lisa Sharma has helped me through her sessions to get better from negative thoughts and mental stress due to wfh. After consultations and suggestions provided I have developed a positive frame of mind with more confidence and better outlook towards future.

I was looking for an app to get a diet plan during the quarantine and cane across this app. Must say most apps are scams but this really proved to be helpful and I'm following their diet plan for 2 months now.
