They just accepted the order in delhi janak puri outlet and didn’t send the order , and outlet manager asked me to. Arrange a delivery rider for them to deliver an order to me, really unprofessional outlet I have ever seen,

I placed an order worth ₹1,600 through this terrible application, which promised delivery within 30 minutes. Instead, my order was dispatched after 2 hours, and then I suddenly received a message saying someone had booked a porter to deliver my food.

After waiting over 3 hours, the assigned porter marked the order as delivered—but there was no contact information for the delivery person. I tried calling the outlet more than 20 times without any response. Eventually, someone from the outlet called back and gave me a number for the delivery team.

When I contacted the delivery person, they said they would “check” and that it would take at least 48 hours. After two days of follow-ups, both the outlet and delivery person stopped responding altogether.

Frustrated, I visited the restaurant in person. There, I found another customer facing the same issue—he had ordered worth ₹2,000. Another person managed to contact someone through the outlet staff, and finally, after 5 days, I received my refund.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Avoid this food chain and this application at all costs.
