My order sat untouched for nearly two hours, staff repeatedly gave conflicting information, didn’t know how their own ordering platform worked, and never once apologized. I eventually had to drive to the store and collect the food myself. Mistakes happen—but taking ownership and showing basic customer care matters. Unfortunately, this experience has cost them a long-time customer.
