I love The Calorie Academy and I love this app. TCA isn’t another diet club. It’s a total rewiring of your brain so that you can regain control of your life without living your life relenting to the food noise and emotions. You learn how to enjoy food without guilt and how to balance your food choices without missing out on important occasions or food you love! TCA is so much more than a focus on food too. It helps make changes to your life and give you the confidence to move forward in a more positive way. I cannot recommend it enough!

If you’ve ever tried tracking your food and ended up sobbing into a rice cake, let me introduce you to Georgie and The Calorie Academy. This app is the anti-diet, pro-sanity, yummy-food solution I’ve been craving. It’s like having a no-nonsense best mate in your pocket who says, “Eat the cake, track the cake, move on with your fabulous life.”

Georgie is the food fairy godmother I didn’t know I needed.

If you’ve ever wanted to feel in control of your food without turning into a calorie obsessed, carb avoiding grumpy monster, download it. Now. Your future self (and your dinner) will thank you.
