Once I purchased it it still wouldn’t let me access the app and kept saying my trial had ended. Super frustrating when I had entered all my data and now it’s lost! This spring went to log in and had to pay $15 to use it for one year. I liked it so figured it was worth it. What a waste of money! Every time I went to add a new calf I had to choose a book instead of it keeping the book open. Constantly got error messages. After a couple months it wouldn’t let me access my info saying my trial was up even though I paid the yearly subscription. Customer support was slow to respond. When they did said I didn’t have an account even though I’d been using it for 3 years. After over 3 weeks of going back and forth it worked for a couple weeks. Went to go access my info 4 days ago and it says my free trial is done again! Emailed customer support with no reply yet. Very disappointed with the app and customer support at this point. Thankful I keep my calving records wrote down also. I’ll be packing a pen and paper next spring. This app is garbage. ### 1/5 — Not working *2018-02-04, version 232* Can not make this app work. It is super easy to use and now we all have our records at our fingertips! ### 5/5 — Awesome App *2017-04-10, version 2.1.1* Purchased the app just as we started calving and it has worked out so well to have this technology. Very handy since we have multiple people involved with the cow herd everyone can access the information from phone or computer as long as they know the login credentials. Little confusing at first but now it's a breeze. Only thing we wish is that we could include a picture of the cow with all of her info in case a lost ear tag etc. and maybe a simpler way to add past cow calf records to the books so we can utilize the cow record portion. Is this correct ### 4/5 — Great App, but.... *2018-03-22, version 232* This will be my 3rd year using this app. I love the fact that my wife and I both have access to our records (combined) on our own personal devices! And we love the easily accessible search feature. My only complaint is that this year I’ve been having a lot of “freeze up” issues after updating a cow/calf entry. After selecting “update” most times I’m returned to a blank screen within the app. Usually if I completely exit the app and then restart it, my updated info will return. But this can become a real PITA when working a group of calves at once! I also “lost” a full (prior) days worth of records for almost 1/2 a day before they somehow re-appeared that evening.
