I find it ridiculous because I have subscribed to online and physical copies of the magazine, and now, I can’t use the app because it refuses to let me log in. ### 1/5 — Unable to access the magazines *2025-06-13* I recently purchased a subscription for the magazine. After reading on the internet for a while I decided to download the app for convenience. However, every time I try to access the magazine issues, I encounter an error that says: “You are not authorised to read this. Please contact us.” I’m unsure what “contact us” refers to, so I’m leaving this review in the hope that the right team will see it and resolve the issue. They bring out facts like nobody in the business.
