tried to log in to the app to get the details from a card to use online but I couldn’t even log in as apparently my mobile number doesn’t exist. this is new information to me.  I would give it this app a 0 star if i could.

This app doesn’t work. I bought a restaurant card and it’s not loading. The support doesn’t care - they ask you to relogin 20 times and then just hang up. No response on emails. It honestly feels like a scam

Insanely easy to use, I got gifted a gift card and it took me less then 3 minitues to get it on to apple wallet after downloading the app. Only really leaving this review because the others don’t do it justice and it deserves more than 3.3

The website and app make it nearly impossible to register a card. The app does not even let you log in without contacting customer service.  No reset password option - just asks for a phone number that was not taken when registering the card. Makes zero sense. I’m starting to think these gift cards are truly a scam. These people want to make it as hard as possible for you to redeem. Friends and family are better off giving cash.

I had a number of gift cards which had an expiry of November 2025, which specifying the exact date of expiry so I assumed it was the end of the month. When I went to use the gift card during November 2025, the app had cancelled my credit. When I called TCN, they were unwilling to help and hung up on me. Do not use this service
