Keeps telling me my mobile number “can’t be found”. I tried my number and the number of the person who gave me the gift card but app said both numbers “can’t be found”. No SMS sent. *2025-11-04, version 2.4.5* Installed this app a while ago and was able to add 3 gift cards, but now I can’t add new cards as it asks you to enter the customer reference number sent by SMS but no SMS was received. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I tried logging out and logging back in. I also tried changing my pin. I did receive SMS codes for those actions, but not for adding a new card. Easy. ### 5/5 — Difficult Process BUT Very Helpful Support *2021-04-17* This is for those who bought electronic gift cards and use Apple Wallet 1st step. You MUST click the link on the actual gift card. 2nd step. You will be taken to the TCN web site and you’ll enter your details 3rd step. You will be sent an SMS to activate the gift card (sort of activate) 4th step. Click “view card” 5th step. Click “add to wallet” From this point it should be pretty easy. You’ll have to verify your card (via SMS). It’s semi-automatic. When I asked for help, I had an email response within 10 minutes over the weekend.
