It is so quick and easy. Beats sitting at an urgent care for hours on end. The price is fair as well. A quick tele-consult with a prescription issued within two hours, at the most. You type in your symptoms, brief medical history and what you think you need medicine wise before submitting. The App FORCES you to review it BEFORE you are able to complete the initial consultation. You can not advance to the next step - like reviewing the information and getting the actual prescription - without doing that first. RED FLAG! I’ve had a toothache for SEVENTEEN HOURS. I could have easily gone to Urgent Care but wanted to try this “quick” and “easy” alternative to leaving my home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I’ve had to follow up three times to make sure I get a refund and it’s still iffy. I can always dispute it directly with the bank, but it’s just another thing to worry about. DONT USE THIS SERVICE!
