I didn’t have to contact them, but I did get exactly what I expected and to the right pharmacy without issue. I definitely recommend them based off this experience if you need a quick consultation or medication fast for infections etc. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-03-01, version 1.3* This service is a SCAM. I know it looks nice in the app but I assure you IT IS A SCAM. You will pay them and never get your prescription. If you notice in the intake, they seem to talk a lot about your fee being non-refundable, RED FLAG! You will lose your money and NEVER get your prescription. ### 1/5 — Never Again *2025-02-08, version 1.3* I got medication 24 hours later, yet they claim to fulfill consultations in 2 hours. I asked for a refund after about 12 hours, but they wouldn’t give it to me; instead, they said they would notify the doctor that I was a priority, then stopped responding to anything I said. I’d still rather have my refund. The medication they chose is questionable too. I still have to contact my pharmacy to see if the request even went through, which could potentially make this company even worse if I have to hassle with that. ### 1/5 — Good luck getting help *2025-01-25, version 1.2* They do not return phone calls to the pharmacy when there is a question. The dose order for my condition was subtheraputic. They also don’t reply to emails. So find another provider. The app works fine. The service is not very good. Any problems, well you paid $39. That’s it they did what their job. Even if done wrong. Again they don’t communicate. Not to you, the Pharmacy or emails. You can not get ahold of anyone through call, and they do not respond to messages. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE *2025-10-04, version 1.7* The premise is great. A quick tele-consult with a prescription issued within two hours, at the most. You type in your symptoms, brief medical history and what you think you need medicine wise before submitting. The App FORCES you to review it BEFORE you are able to complete the initial consultation. You can not advance to the next step - like reviewing the information and getting the actual prescription - without doing that first. RED FLAG! I’ve had a toothache for SEVENTEEN HOURS. I could have easily gone to Urgent Care but wanted to try this “quick” and “easy” alternative to leaving my home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I’ve had to follow up three times to make sure I get a refund and it’s still iffy. I can always dispute it directly with the bank, but it’s just another thing to worry about. DONT USE THIS SERVICE! I understand it might be longer however I never received any updates, no confirmation emails, NOTHING. Reached out through the chat and was told “we will update when we hear from the doctor” I then requested a refund 6 hours later and never got another response. I also submitted MULTIPLE support tickets for a refund also no responses. I sent an email Monday morning as I found another Telehealth provider that sent the prescription in 30 minutes and asked for a refund and was given an apology but no refund. They did send in ibuprofen Monday morning but I respond to the email asking once again for a refund as I have been asking well before anything was sent to a pharmacy and I sent a screenshot showing where I had been requesting a refund since Sunday! I still have not received any updates. Absolutely terrible service. ### 1/5 — SCAM ARTISTS *2025-06-07, version 1.5* This company, The CareMD, stole my money from me! I paid them because their website states that they will prescribe you an antibiotic for a dental abscess and after paying for their services they went silent on me and it’s now been 24 hours and I still haven’t heard a word back. My face is now the size of a basketball and the money I paid them was all I had. I have asked for a refund and like I said, they have ignored me ever since they took my money. I will be reporting them for internet fraud due to the fact that they stole my money and never rendered me their services as they state they will do in a “fast and convenient” manner on their website. What kind of monster would do this to a patient who is in excruciating pain and whose face is swelled up? Do not do it people!! Do not choose this company and definitely do not give them your hard earned money because they will steal it from you and then they will go silent on you leaving you hanging and without a prescription. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! I emailed them before any services were provided. Then they emailed me saying they were already working on it so they couldn’t do anything. 30 minutes later they said the prescription was already sent so it’s not their problem.
