For decades certain unethical restaurants have been surprising us with ridiculous charges to pay things that are THEIR responsibility to incorporate into their menu prices. It’s gotten so out of hand, recently California had a bill set to force businesses to stop this fraud but apparently Scott Weiner exempted Restaurants from this law at the last minute. I’m grateful there is an app like this to warn us of bad businesses that do this, as well as for us to report it to others. I’ve been burned plenty of times by these roadside bombs.
