لا يوجد خط اتصال للتبليغ عن المشاكل التي تحصل مع الطلبات يجب رفع بلاغ عن طريق التطبيق وتعلق كثير وتنتظر المسؤول عن رؤية البلاغ يرد عليك ويتصل او ما يتصل على حسب ما يشوف موضوعك مهم أو لا !

I pre-ordered my Eid basket a few days in advance, but I never got the order after trying to contact The Chefz and the driver when it reached an hour and a half late. I tried to find a customer service number but couldn’t, so I sent multiple messages through the app instead. Unfortunately, all the responses were identical and none of my concerns were properly addressed or compensated for.

The driver did his best given the situation, but the overall customer service from The Chefz was extremely disappointing. You really need to benchmark against Jahez when it comes to customer support.

I ordered a gift for my aunt’s birthday in the afternoon, and it said it would arrive at 6:30pm, which i originally didnt really mind. By 8PM, i wrote my first complaint. After my fourth complaint, i got a call and the caller said my order was canceled. It was a gift, for my aunt, and they only mentioned that it was canceled after four hours of its expected arrival. They said i would get a refund. I only got half of my money back and i wrote two complaints, once again i only got automatic replies. I want my money back and real replies to my complaints

خدمة الكيترينق من أسوء الخدمات اللي عندهم ، طلبت ستيشن blind وللاسف لم يتم توصيل الستيشن و احراجي مع الضيوف و عند التواصل معهم يقولون بنتواصل معك ولا في اي تواصل يكلموني قسم الشكاوي ٤ مرات كل شوي موظف بعدين يقول اوه خدمتك مع الكيترينق خلاص بيتواصلون معك قسم الكيترنق و يسحبون ولا في اي تواصل و فجأة حذفوا الطلب اللي طلبته من طلباتي السابقة وقفلوا الموضوع و الموضوع له اكثر من شهر و الى الآن لم استلم المبلغ يعني المفروض فيه تعويض لكن لا تعويض ولا استرجعت مبلغي

خدمة العملاء بشكل عام في “ذا شفز” كانت مخيبة للآمال للغاية. أنصحكم بمقارنة مستوى دعم العملاء لديكم مع تطبيق “جاهز”، فهناك فرق واضح في خدمة العملاء
