This is one of the greatest apps available. Its simple yet very thorough and it’s free. Nice job

### 5/5 — Unbelievable resource. Amazing

*2020-02-18, version 2.2*

I am an urgent care physician working in a setting where high acuity patients are common. I found this app by accident and can’t believe how fantastic it is. It is so helpful. One of the best apps I’ve seen.

### 5/5 — Fantastic app!!

*2020-01-21, version 2.2*

I would really recommend this to any physician physician that has to work in the ER. Concise and helps with decision making.

### 5/5 — Get it

*2018-08-29, version 1.0*

The book is great too. Thanks Dr. Feier for writing this. Let me know if you need help marketing it. Wonderful resource.

### 5/5 — Fantastic resource for paramedics and doctors

*2018-04-05, version 1.0*

Excellent, concise, evidence-based, and cleanly presented guide for EM providers. Easy to navigate and packed full of great info. I use this all the time and recommend to colleagues frequently

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2018-03-14, version 1.0*

One of the most useful apps I’ve found as a resident. We have to figure out a way to incentivize this app further so they will add to the more sparse sections (ob/gyn, tox). Amazing evidence based resources for CV, GI, pulm, trauma and more.

A fantastic resource for the emergency clinician! The algorithmic approach makes simple those diagnostic approaches that often can seem complex.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Outdated information

*2023-04-14, version 2.3*

Find an app that has updated information, this is outdated by at least 10 years…

### 1/5 — I only use my iPad in landscape mode....

*2020-02-10, version 2.2*

I couldn’t possibly use this app because I use my iPad in landscape and landscape only because a keyboard is always attached. I do not get the point of an iPad version if you are not going to give us the full iPad experience. You could have just let us download the iPhone version that doesn’t rotate instead of wasting your resources on an iPad version that doesn’t really work.

### 3/5 — Good Content, Needs to Support Landscape

*2020-02-22, version 2.2*

Many IPad users have attached keyboards. There’s just no excuse for not supporting landscape orientation, especially in an app designed for professionals.

### 4/5 — EXCELLENT !!! Only missing ipad Landscape mode

*2023-12-07, version 4.0*

An excellent app, and very essential, gives you the step approach.
Only missing the landscape mode for iPads.

### 4/5 — Great app

*2021-02-09, version 2.2*

Great app, very useful. Would be nice if a few drugs were under the general complaint categories. One bug, deleting any bookmarks will crash the app.

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2025-11-24, version 4.0*

Comprehensive. Very helpful and intuitive

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2025-08-12, version 4.0*

Great app that is easy to use

### 5/5 — Keeps getting better

*2024-11-11, version 4.0*

I’m a paramedic and use this app for assistance with assessments. It is a little over the top for EMS but it’s super useful at all levels!

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2024-05-15, version 4.0*

I am an ED NP, this app is amazing for helping with DDx, and overall thought process. Great app, please continue to support!

### 5/5 — Great App

This app is easy to use, is concise and yet thorough, and has clear recommendations on next steps.

Great for a medical student or resident learner early in their training.

## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Rural FM approves.

*2024-04-13, version 4.0*

I am rural FM which means sometimes I'm the emergency doc. Also means that when my patients finally come to their regular clinic visits they always bring me a messy 99215. This app is very solid. Recommend.

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2024-03-17, version 4.0*

Awesome study tool

### 5/5 — Excellent resource.

*2023-01-08, version 2.3*

Excellent resource for learning Clinical Management.

### 5/5 — Great app for students or starting a career

*2022-08-08, version 2.3*

I am a hospitalist physican assistant, and I found this app during my rotations. It is unbelievably helpful in determining differentials and train of thought of working your way through more emergent differentials to less. The algorithms are very good. I recommend this to students I come across in the field

### 5/5 — OMG!

*2020-05-19, version 2.2*

Essentially this is a ER Doctor’s app. Myself and my husband are both ER and ICU nurses. A wonderful app for us as well. A good reference for patients to know what to expect for treatment in the hospital or by their own treating physician!
