I shop for them. I’m currently shopping for my four-year-olds preschool school clothes and I’m having the best time and getting so many deals. Definitely sign up for the app get all of their coupons and you can really get a lot of stuff for not very much money and this stuff lasts way longer than the Old Navy does. And always buy it big because they have the adjustable waist. First I ordered on my iPad and had everything ordered I’d put in a 30% discount and then I had another 30% discount and then I had 10% discount because I always ship to the store where my grandsons live. I’m having a really difficult time with them accepting my coupons. I had to download the app on my iPad but it didn’t register the 30% off then when I went to the details it said you had to do it on the mobile app so when I switch to my phone in the mobile app the $600 order was not on there so now I’m having to go through and add the whole thing again and not sure if it is even going to take my 30% mobile app coupon. I have not used my coupon or ever shopped online I usually just go to the store so hopefully I will get all my coupons and I can keep saying that you get good deals. Because I’ve pretty much been doing this all day trying to figure out their app and it’s kind of hard to determine if you already have something in your box and to also edit it. I only buy from them when they offer free shipping. I just ordered a few things and two items don’t fit so I looked up how to return them. I don’t live near a location so I’d have to return it through the mail… it’s a 7$ return fee!! Also I have 3 kids they give them “coupons” on their birthdays… it’s been a couple years now and I could never get the coupons to work no matter what I tried. I am a credit card holder but I’ve honestly thought about canceling it many times. In fact, the order is listed as delivered even though it was not delivered. The sender cannot provide any evidence that the order was delivered, any proofs, and does not want to go to the trouble of understanding the situation. Be careful with this company. You can just lose your money. ### 1/5 — Trouble with the app *2026-04-25, version 2604.1.0* Always give me a hard time to log in and make a a payment, not reliable ### 1/5 — Check the math especially on discounts and shipping *2026-03-25, version 2603.1.0* They will offer multiple discounts - usually a season related or other hype of 30% and a 10% for using the app with an additional 20% to pick up in store. Problem is if you use the seasonal and the 10% for using the app they don’t honor the 20% pickup and they don’t tell you. If you want the 20% you will need to remove the 10%. They also will have items that can only be shipped to home. The app will separate them and use the entire order to indicate free shipping has been earned on your item. At checkout you must handle as two transactions. Example: total order $75 with 1st transaction being in store pickup ($50) and 2nd transaction being home shipping ($25). The 2nd transaction now gets charged for shipping because you no longer meet the free shipping threshold when it is checked out alone. Take the lackluster programming and add the poor offshore handling of customer support resulting in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Fatigue and you get an app and a company with a single star review. ### 1/5 — Tardan demasiado en enviar un pedido y al final cancelan porque se agotaron los productos 🙄 *2026-01-05, version 2512.1.0* Tardan demaciado en enviar un pedido y cuando tienes preguntas no te resuelven nada. Shopped in person at the Children’s Place yesterday. Used app scanner to price check items as I shopped with my child. At checkout the items rang up higher and the cashier would not honor app price. I would have had to place online order for the items for store pickup. I understand there is sometimes differences in online vs in store pricing. However, you can only use the app price scanner on *in store items*, so it’s shady that scanning in store tags gives you the (lower) online prices. I left without purchasing.
