A Fish and Chip takeaway shop with a menu that ensures consistency and quality, it will be licensed, and include an offering of a small selection of quality wine and an excellent choice of locally produced ice cream to accompany a takeaway meal. The business is driven by hospitality
professionals who recognise the niche for traditional fish and chips and associated products done to an extremely high standard with “touches of class”. Our food will demonstrate that the fish and chip industry has evolved, the techniques and skills of experienced restaurant chefs
have improved massively the offering of a fish and chip takeaway shop and we will quickly demonstrate there is a massive difference between us and the traditional old school fish and chips shops. We will provide premium food with top quality service and a friendly welcoming
