## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Unstable

*2023-12-27*

Unable to get the app to load - constant crashing - very irritating and makes the app worthless

### 1/5 — Extremely frustrating

*2021-11-21, version 1.0.6*

Except for the first one or two times I used this app, it doesn't even load any more. I have to remove the app and reload it from the App Store, which merely retrieves the flawed app from Cloud storage. I can then open it exactly once. The next week when my trainer sends a new workout, I go through the same infuriating process. This week I tried Edit Home Screen and now cannot retrieve the app at all. Worthless.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2021-04-28, version 1.0.6*

My trainer sent me web links and website wouldn’t load. So she sent me an app link and I downloaded and created account. Every time I’ve tried to get in since it crashes. I have yet to workout from this app or website and now just have my trainer send my workouts in word docs. Great idea. Terrible execution.

### 1/5 — App crashes every single day

*2021-04-04, version 1.0.5*

So frustrating

### 1/5 — Useful, but I have to redownload almost daily.

*2021-03-20, version 1.0.3*

I like this app but I do not like that it crashes everyday and I have to re-download it mid workout. That’s pretty annoying.

### 5/5 — Keeps My Training on Track

*2025-03-23, version 1.0.8*

My trainer put me on to The Client Notebook, and honestly, it’s solid.

I’ve got a business to run and a family, so I don’t have time to be figuring out what I’m supposed to do in the gym. This app lays it all out—workouts, notes, progress photos, everything. I just open it, see what’s on the schedule, and get to work.

I also like that I can log stuff when I train on my own. No fluff, no BS—just what I need to stay consistent without overthinking it.
